Pandanda Fiesta Party! Construction?

Hello panda's. I don't know if this is the party, or is this construction, but I'm pretty sure it's construction! Lets take a look.

First, I went to Bear Hallow! Here is something cool there on The Big Scoop.

Then I went over to East Market Street. I saw tons of cacti. That means more than one cactus!

And hey, who said sellers can't dress up!? It's pretty funny. I wandered a little to the left and saw Steve getting into the Fiesta mood!
