If you want the golden ticket prizes, you have to collect all golden tickets! You can do so by just hanging out with your friends, or just exploring the whole place.
First, once you collected your 10th golden ticket, go to the Treehouse Lobby.
Now, once that is completed, go over and talk to Zing Ballyhoo. Zing will show you two selections. A special prize, or 500 coins! This weeks special prize is a chains.
Now you choose what item you want. There will still be two selections. Click on the one you want.
Great! if you chosen the 500 coins, you will get 500 coins in your inventory profile! If you chosen the chains, you will receive this-
